October 9, 2008 - Nothing says junk like A-1 Quality Chimney advertising with eyesore junk signs haning on property fences and stuck in neighbourhood laws throughout Etobicoke and elsewhere. Shame on you A-1. A-1 earns a D - grade for community concerns.
